1. About us
Spotig is operated by Spotig Sports, a sole proprietorship registered in India under GSTIN 06EPLPA4273P1ZF, with its principal place of business in Haryana.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, mispriced items, or unverified buyers).
3. Your account
You may shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any orders placed under it. Notify us immediately at support@spotig.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Order acceptance & pricing
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation email and capture payment. Until then, no contract exists.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price (for example, due to a typographical error), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We are not bound to honour mispriced items.
- Product availability and prices can change without notice prior to order acceptance.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, pay-later (BNPL), and — on eligible orders — cash on delivery. Spotig does not see or store your card details. By paying, you authorise Razorpay to charge your chosen method on our behalf.
6. Shipping & delivery
See our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines, areas served, and pricing per product category. Title to and risk of loss in the goods pass to you on delivery.
7. Returns, refunds & cancellations

8. B2B orders
Bulk orders for clubs, academies, schools, and institutional buyers may be subject to separate terms (volume pricing, payment terms, dedicated invoicing). Contact b2b@spotig.com to set up a B2B account.
9. Intellectual property
The Spotig name, logo, and original content on the Site are owned by Spotig Sports. Product images and descriptions provided by brand owners remain their property and are used here under standard supply-chain agreements. You may not reproduce, republish, or resell any of this content without prior written permission.
10. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Resell or commercially exploit any data scraped from the Site.
- Use the Site to commit fraud, money-laundering, or any illegal activity.
- Submit false orders, chargebacks, or fake reviews.
- Probe, scan, or attack the Site, our APIs, or our infrastructure beyond ordinary use.
11. Third-party content & links
The Site may link to third-party websites (brand partners, payment partners, social media). We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Disclaimers
Products are offered "as-is" by their respective brands. Manufacturer warranty (where applicable) is provided by the brand, not by Spotig. Product photos are for representation only — minor variations in colour, packaging, or batch-to-batch finish may occur.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Spotig's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Spotig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
14. Force majeure
Spotig is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier strikes, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or failures of telecommunications networks.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
