1. Return windows by product category
Different sports equipment has different handling needs. We use a class system (s0–s5) to set fair return windows:
- Standard items (s0–s2) — racquets in covers, footballs, shoes, gloves, cricket bats, yoga mats: 7-day return from delivery. Must be in original packaging, unused, with tags attached.
- Bulky items (s3–s4) — dumbbells, weight plates, gym benches, oversize freight: 24-hour damage-only return. Inspect on delivery; we can only accept claims for items that arrived damaged or were the wrong SKU.
- White-glove / drop-ship items (s5) — treadmills, ellipticals, multi-station gyms: no return. Manufacturer warranty applies; contact the brand directly for any defects.
2. What qualifies for return
You can return an item if any of the following applies:
- The item arrived damaged in transit.
- The wrong item or wrong size was shipped.
- The item is materially different from what was described or pictured.
- A manufacturing defect is apparent on inspection (a hole in a shoe, broken racquet frame, etc.).
- Change of mind, within the 7-day window — for s0–s2 items only.
3. What does NOT qualify
- Items that have been used, washed, worn, or marked.
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Personalised or custom-fitted items (e.g. engraved bats, made-to-order kits).
- Innerwear, swimwear, mouthguards, or any hygiene-restricted items.
- Items damaged due to use (broken strings, scratched soles, etc.).
4. How to initiate a return
- Sign in to your account → Orders → find the order → tap "Request return".
- Pick the reason and upload at least one clear photo of the issue (mandatory for damage claims).
- Submit the request.
Our team reviews requests within 24 hours and confirms the return via email + SMS.
5. Reverse pickup
- For approved returns we arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner (Shiprocket / Delhivery). You'll receive a pickup window the next business day.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, defective), pickup is free.
- For change-of-mind returns on s0–s2 items, the reverse pickup fee (typically ₹80–₹150) is deducted from your refund.
- Please pack the item in its original box and seal it. Keep the courier slip you receive at pickup as proof.
6. Inspection and approval
Once we receive the returned item at our Faridabad warehouse, we inspect it within 48 hours. If the item matches the return conditions above, we approve the refund. If it doesn't (heavily used, packaging damaged, accessories missing), we'll contact you with photographs and offer to ship it back at your cost.

8. Exchanges
Right now we don't process direct exchanges — return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This keeps the process simple and predictable.
