1. Cancellation by you
Before dispatch
You can cancel for any reason from your orders page until the order moves to "Dispatched". A full refund is initiated the same day per our Refund Policy.
After dispatch
Once an order is dispatched it can't be cancelled — refuse the delivery at your door (free) or accept it and raise a return per our Return Policy.
2. Cancellation by Spotig
We may cancel an order — and refund you in full — in these cases:
- The product was mispriced due to a typographical or system error.
- The item is out of stock at the inventory location closest to your pincode.
- Your pincode is not serviceable by our logistics partners (we'll show this at checkout, but rare exceptions occur).
- Suspected fraud, identity fraud, or repeated COD refusals on previous orders.
- Bulk-buy attempts on consumer pricing (10+ units of the same SKU in one order). Reach us via b2b@spotig.com for bulk pricing instead.
We email you the reason in plain English and initiate the refund the same day. We don't hold cancellation fees.
3. Partial cancellation
Want only some items in a multi-item order cancelled? Email support@spotig.com with your order number and the SKUs you want cancelled. We'll confirm within 4 hours during business hours. Items dispatched in separate parcels can be cancelled independently if any haven't shipped yet.
4. Refund after cancellation
Refund timing follows our Refund Policy — typically 24 hours to initiate, then bank processing time (1–7 days depending on payment method).
