1. Where we ship
Spotig ships to all serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on any product page or at checkout to confirm serviceability and the exact ETA for your area. Some remote pincodes (parts of the Northeast, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) may have limited availability — we'll let you know at checkout if your pincode isn't covered.
2. Delivery timelines
Timelines are counted from the day we dispatch your order, not the day you place it:
- Standard parcels (s0–s1) — shoes, footballs, racquets, gloves: 3–5 business days
- Long parcels (s2) — cricket bats, hockey sticks, yoga mats: 3–6 business days
- Bulky parcels (s3) — small dumbbell sets, kit bags: 4–7 business days
- Surface freight (s4) — heavy weights, gym benches: 5–8 business days
- White-glove / drop-ship (s5) — treadmills, ellipticals: 7–14 business days
Dispatch usually happens within 24 hours for prepaid orders and within 48 hours for COD orders.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated per shipping class and shown clearly at checkout. The defaults today:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999 for standard parcels (s0/s1/s2)
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499 for bulky parcels (s3)
- ₹49 shipping on standard parcels below ₹999
- ₹99 shipping on bulky parcels below ₹1,499
- ₹499 freight delivery for oversize items (s4), with a delivery to your kerbside (we don't carry up stairs)
- White-glove + installation included for s5 items — delivered directly from the manufacturer
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹10,000 and only on standard parcels (s0/s1/s2).
- COD is not available on bulky / freight / white-glove items — these must be prepaid.
- A ₹40 COD handling fee is added at checkout when COD is selected.
- COD is restricted to pincodes within our reliable delivery network — your pincode's eligibility is shown at checkout.
5. Tracking your order
Once we dispatch, you'll receive:
- An email + SMS with the AWB number and tracking link.
- A branded tracking page at
spotig.com/orders/<your-order-number>/track - A WhatsApp message at each major milestone (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered) — opt in or out from your account settings.
6. Failed delivery and RTO
If our courier can't reach you (wrong address, customer unavailable, refused delivery), we'll attempt re-delivery once or twice within 5 days. After that, the order is "returned to origin" (RTO).
- For prepaid RTO: full refund issued; reverse-shipping cost is borne by Spotig.
- For COD RTO: please contact us before a repeat order — high-RTO buyers may be moved to prepaid-only.
7. Damaged shipments
Open the package on delivery and inspect before signing. If you see visible damage (crushed box, broken seal), refuse to accept. Take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of attempted delivery — we'll send a replacement.
8. International shipping
We don't ship internationally yet. This is on our roadmap for late 2026.
