Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout works for one-off orders. An account lets you track orders, save addresses, manage your wishlist, and skip re-entering details next time.

How do I sign in?

Today we support email + password and Google. Phone-OTP sign-in is being configured — once live (within a week), you'll be able to sign in with just your mobile number.

How can I find out if a product is in stock?

Stock is shown in real time on each product page. If a size or colour is out of stock, the option is disabled. "Only X left" warnings appear when we have fewer than five units.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

UPI, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay), no-cost EMI on premium orders, pay-later (Simpl, LazyPay), and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders/pincodes. All processed via Razorpay.

Is my card data safe?

Yes — we never see your card number. Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and handles all card data directly.

I was charged but my order didn't confirm. What happens?

Razorpay auto-reverses such charges within 7 working days. If you don't see the refund by then, email us with the payment reference and we'll escalate.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Pan-India, to any pincode our 3PL partners (Shiprocket / Delhivery / BlueDart / DTDC) serve.

How fast is delivery?

Standard parcels: 3–5 business days. Bulky items: 4–7 days. Freight items (treadmills, big benches): 5–14 days. Full breakdown in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Not yet. We're planning same-day in Delhi NCR (Faridabad, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi pincodes) once order volume justifies the dark-store operation — likely Q3 2026.

Is there a free shipping threshold?

Yes — orders above ₹999 ship free for standard parcels; bulky parcels are free above ₹1,499. Oversize freight items have a flat ₹499 shipping fee.

Returns & refunds

What's your return window?

7 days for standard items (in original packaging, unused). 24 hours, damage-only, for bulky items. White-glove items are non-returnable — manufacturer warranty applies. See Return Policy.

Who pays for reverse shipping?

If the return is our error (damaged, wrong item, defect), reverse pickup is free. For change-of-mind returns, we deduct ₹80–₹150 from the refund.

How fast will I get my refund?

We initiate refunds within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Bank-side processing then takes 1–7 business days depending on your payment method. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Can I exchange instead of returning?

No direct exchanges right now — return the original for a refund and place a fresh order for the replacement. Keeps the process predictable.

GST & invoices

Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes — every order comes with a GST-compliant invoice. For B2B input tax credit, add your business GSTIN at checkout and we'll include it on the invoice.

I'm a business buyer. How do I claim input credit?

Enter your GSTIN at checkout (under "GST Invoice"). The invoice will include seller GSTIN, buyer GSTIN, item-level CGST/SGST/IGST breakdown, HSN codes, and place of supply — everything your accountant needs.

Can I add my GSTIN to an existing order?

Only before dispatch — email support@spotig.com with your order number and GSTIN. We can re-issue the invoice if your accountant needs it after dispatch, subject to verification.

B2B

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes — from 10 units of a single SKU or ₹50,000 cart total. Reach out at b2b@spotig.com.

Can I get Net-30 payment terms?

Yes for verified business accounts — schools, academies, corporates, large clubs. We run a quick credit check before extending terms.

Do you do custom team kits?

That's on our roadmap (Phase 4 — custom jerseys with print-on-demand). Not live yet. Email us your requirement and we'll let you know when it ships.

Account & privacy

How do I delete my account?

Go to your account → Profile → "Delete account", or email support@spotig.com. Per the DPDP Act we action deletion within 30 days; some order history is kept in a pseudonymised form for the 7-year statutory window.

How do I export my data?

Account → Profile → "Download my data" gives a JSON export of your orders, addresses, and wishlist.
