1. Product images
Product photographs are for representation only. Colours can vary slightly based on your screen calibration and ambient lighting. Packaging may also vary batch-to-batch from what's shown. The product itself — make, model, size, and spec — matches the listing description.
2. Pricing
We make every effort to price products accurately. If an obvious error slips through (for example, a ₹2,999 racquet listed at ₹299 due to a misplaced decimal), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We do not honour mispriced items.
3. Brand warranty
Any warranty on a product is provided by the brand or manufacturer, not by Spotig. We help you raise warranty claims with the brand, but the warranty terms — duration, coverage, exclusions — are set by them.
4. Brand authenticity
Every product on Spotig is sourced directly from the brand or its authorised distributor in India. We do not sell grey-market or imported equivalents. If you ever receive a product whose authenticity you doubt, email us with photographs of the packaging and we'll investigate.
5. Stock availability
Stock counts shown on the site are accurate to within the last few minutes. In rare cases an item may go out of stock between the time you place the order and when we begin packing it. In such a case we'll contact you within 24 hours and either offer a refund or wait for restock at your option.
6. Sport advice
Any general advice on the site (e.g. "best racquet for intermediate players", "how to choose a cricket bat") is meant as a buyer's guide, not as professional coaching advice. For specific training, fitness, or rehabilitation needs, consult a qualified coach or physiotherapist.
7. Third-party content & links
We may link to third-party sites — brand websites, social media, payment partners, courier tracking. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any transactions made on them.
8. Reviews & ratings
Customer reviews shown on product pages are submitted by verified buyers and reflect their personal experience. They are not endorsements by Spotig. We don't edit or remove negative reviews unless they breach our community guidelines (hate speech, slander, off-topic, spam).
9. Site availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee continuous availability. The site may be down briefly for maintenance, deploys, or due to third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare). We don't compensate for downtime.
