Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing on orders above ₹25,000 (single SKU or mixed cart). Discount tiers scale with order value:
- ₹25,000 – ₹75,000: up to 8% off MRP
- ₹75,000 – ₹2,00,000: up to 12% off MRP
- Above ₹2,00,000: custom quote within 24 hours

Can I request a quote before placing an order?
Yes — and we recommend it for orders above ₹50,000. Quotes are valid for 7 days and lock the per-unit price even if MRP changes during that window. Quotes are non-binding; you decide whether to proceed.
Do prices include GST?
All quoted prices are inclusive of GST. Your invoice itemises CGST + SGST (intra-state Haryana orders) or IGST (other states) at the applicable rate per HSN code. Spotig is registered under GSTIN 06EPLPA4273P1ZF.
GST input credit
Can my business claim GST input credit on orders?
Yes. Provide your business GSTIN at checkout (or in the quote request) and the GST amount on the invoice becomes eligible for input tax credit (ITC) on your GSTR-3B filing. The invoice will carry your GSTIN, our GSTIN, the HSN code per line, and the tax split, all in the format required by GST law.
What documents do I get with a B2B order?
- GST tax invoice (PDF, emailed and attached to the order page)
- E-way bill (where applicable for inter-state shipments above ₹50,000)
- Delivery challan
- Packaging list + serial numbers where relevant
Can you split a single order into multiple invoices?
Yes — useful when an academy splits costs across departments or when a club wants separate invoices for equipment vs. apparel. Mention the split during quote confirmation; we cannot split after dispatch.
Payment terms
What payment methods do you accept for B2B orders?
UPI, NEFT/RTGS, IMPS, business credit card via Razorpay, and bulk-cheque on pre-approved accounts. We do not accept cash for B2B orders above ₹2,00,000 in compliance with Income Tax Section 269ST.
Do you offer credit terms?
For established institutional buyers (registered academies, schools, government sports bodies) we extend net-15 or net-30 terms after the first three orders are completed on prepaid basis and supplier verification is on file. Email b2b@spotig.com to start the credit-account application.
What's the cancellation policy on a B2B order?
B2B orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After 24 hours, custom or made-to-order items become non-cancellable; stock items may be cancelled with a 10% restocking fee until dispatch. After dispatch, the standard return policy applies.
Account and onboarding
How do I open a B2B account?
Sign up at spotig.com/b2b with your business name, GSTIN, point of contact, and shipping address. Verification typically completes within one working day; you'll be able to place tax-invoiced orders, request quotes, and (for eligible accounts) request credit terms.
Can I add multiple users to my B2B account?
Yes — useful when procurement and finance are different people. The primary account holder can add team members with view-only or place-order roles. Invoice access is restricted to the primary holder by default.
Do you serve government and PSU buyers?
Yes. We supply to government sports authorities, central/state government bodies, and PSU sports clubs. We can quote on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and respond to formal tenders. Send tender documents to b2b@spotig.com.
